A QR code doorbell for any door
Print a sign with a QR code. Anyone who scans it with a phone camera gets a page with one big button, and when they tap it, your Android phone buzzes. Visitors need no app and no account.

How it works
- Add a doorbell in anypush and name it after the place, like "Front door" or "Shop counter".
- Print its QR sign and put it up, or share the link in a chat.
- A visitor scans the code, adds their name and a note if they like, and taps Send notification.
- The ring arrives on your phone with their name as the title. Marked urgent, it shows in red and comes through quiet hours.
Where people put it
- A front door without a bell, or where the bell can't be heard.
- A shop counter or a reception desk: a call button for when nobody is there.
- A workshop, a shed or a garden office.
- At home: "Dinner's ready, come down when you can."
Each place gets its own sign and link, so you know which door it was. The Free plan has 3 channels.
What you need
- An Android phone (Android 7 or later) with anypush.
- A printer for the sign, or a chat to share the link.
- Nothing for your visitors but a phone camera.
Questions
Do visitors need an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera, which opens a web page with one big button. No app and no account.
What does a visitor see?
A page with the name of your doorbell, optional fields for their name and a message, a box to mark it urgent, and one Send notification button. After sending they see "Sent".
Can I use it for a shop counter or an office door?
Yes. Name the channel after the place, print its sign, and anyone who scans it can call you. Each sign has its own link, so you know which door it was.
What happens at night?
During quiet hours ordinary rings arrive silently in your inbox. A ring the visitor marks as urgent still comes through.
Can someone flood me with rings?
Each channel accepts at most 60 messages a minute, and a double tap sends once. Deleting the channel stops its link and its sign from working.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 channels, each with its own sign, and no ads.
Also with anypush: a daily check-in for someone who lives alone, and emails that arrive as phone alerts.
