What it does

anypush is an Android app that turns things into phone alerts: a QR doorbell anyone can ring, a daily check-in for someone who lives alone, forwarded emails, and a webhook URL for scripts. If an expected check-in or message does not arrive in time, it sends one alert.

Doorbell button

Print a QR sign for the front door, the shop counter or the shed.
Visitors scan it and tap one big button, and their name and note arrive on your phone.
Any phone with a camera can ring it, with no app and no account.
Marked urgent, a ring arrives in red and comes through quiet hours.

Daily check-in

Someone who lives alone taps I'm OK each morning, on any phone.
No check-in by the time you set (11:00 unless you change it), and you get one alert.
On normal days your phone stays quiet, and the check-in waits in your inbox.

Email alerts

Each channel has its own email address.
Forward the emails that matter with a Gmail or Outlook filter, and each one arrives as a phone alert.

Scripts and smart homes

One URL per channel. POST text, or JSON with title, message, priority and url.
An Idempotency-Key makes a retry within 24 hours count once.
An overdue alert notices a job that stops reporting: a dead man's switch for any job.

Free and Plus

Free: 3 channels, 3 overdue alerts that check at most every hour, and 7 days of message history.
Plus: 100 channels, overdue alerts as often as every 5 minutes, and 30 days of history.
